Below is a guide to assist bloggers and advertisers in selecting the right categories. We wanted to provide this for the entire community to have one location to reference what the PPP categories mean. We understand we will not be able to provide the same definition that each of our users within the community may have for each category so we have defined them as best fits the community as a whole.
Bloggers: We highly recommend you use these guidelines when selecting categories for your blogs. When picking a specialized category, the topic you select should be obvious to the average reader visiting your blog. Remember, advertisers will be ranking your work, and categories may have an effect on that ranking.
Advertisers: We strongly encourage you to consider the right audience for your opportunities, and not be too limiting. Of course you want to use categories to target bloggers who will take your opportunities, but don't forget to consider their reading audiences as well.
